Submission Guidelines

Submit your query letter and manuscript excerpt through this form. Please allow our editors six to eight months to review your manuscript excerpt and/or request your full manuscript.

Your query letter should include:

• your name, address, and contact information

• your publication history, if any, including any contests won, long-listed, or short-listed for

• a summary of your manuscript

• why you’re interested in publishing with our press

• any other information you feel is relevant for us to know

Please ensure your manuscript:

• has a title page and Table of Contents

• is in 12pt. Times New Roman or Garamond Font, single-spaced

• uses page numbers

• has titles for all included poems

• includes acknowledgements for any poems previously published elsewhere

At this time we only accept submissions from writers within British Columbia, Canada. If you reside outside of British Columbia but are interested in publishing with our press, please check out our Chapbook Contest. We do not accept international submissions at this time.
